CryptoCalcPro is a free, ad-supported finance and crypto tools site. We build calculators that are fast, accurate, and free of dark patterns. No signups, no upsells, no fluff. The site runs on ad revenue, which is why we keep ads contextual and never let them block the content you came for.

What we publish

A small set of well-crafted tools. A live cryptocurrency price tracker, a multi-currency converter, and eight financial calculators covering loans, mortgages, SIPs, compound interest, retirement planning, income tax, and crypto profit. Every calculation runs locally in your browser. Every formula is documented on its page.

Our methodology

Every calculator uses a standard, published formula. Nothing proprietary, nothing hidden. The math you can verify against any finance textbook or reputable third-party source. Specifically:

  • Loan EMI & Mortgage: standard amortising-loan formula, the same one used by every retail bank. Reference: Investopedia — Amortization.
  • Compound Interest: A = P × (1 + r/n)n×t. Standard compounding formula across daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual frequencies.
  • SIP: future value of a recurring annuity. Same math used by mutual fund houses and brokerages.
  • Retirement: compound growth of current savings plus future contributions, projected to a target retirement age.
  • Income Tax: progressive bracket tax with 2024–25 rates for the US (IRS), UK (HMRC), India (Income Tax Department), and Pakistan (FBR). Bracket data is updated when each authority publishes its annual table.
  • Crypto Profit:standard P&L = (sell − buy) × amount − fees. Historical mode uses past prices from CoinGecko.
  • Currency Converter: live mid-market rates from ExchangeRate-API, refreshed hourly.

Where our data comes from

We don't set prices, and we don't profit from any trades you make. Live data comes from independent providers:

  • Cryptocurrency prices: CoinGecko public market API. We fetch the top 100 coins by market cap, refreshed every 60 seconds.
  • Fiat exchange rates: ExchangeRate-API. Mid-market rates for 170+ currencies, refreshed hourly.
  • Tax brackets:hardcoded from the official 2024–25 tables published by each country's revenue authority.

Who we are

CryptoCalcPro is built and maintained by an independent team of software developers and personal-finance enthusiasts. We don't take partnership deals from exchanges or token projects, and we don't make price predictions. Some links to exchanges or wallets in our Compare pages are affiliate links. They never change our editorial ratings, and we use the same methodology for partners and non-partners.

Editorial standards

  • Every calculator is tested against published reference values before release.
  • No content on the site is financial advice. Calculators are tools for estimating outcomes, not recommendations.
  • We don't publish price predictions, guaranteed-return claims, or anything that would mislead a user about market risk.
  • Mistakes happen. If you spot one, email us and we'll correct it and credit you if you want.
